Do my unused hours roll-over to the next month?
Yes, your unused hours are rolled over to the next month. We want you to have the full value of your hard earned money.
Do I need to verify PayPal or provide Credit Card information to sign-up for a Free Trial?
Yes, you need to verify your PayPal to sign-up for the Free Trial. This is for your convenience so that your Free Trial can automatically convert to paid plan without you again have to login to PayPal.
How does Free Trial works?
Free Trial is of 3 hours for 48 hours. After you have successfully signed-up for the Free Trial, simply start sending tasks.
What happens after free trial is over?
After the Free Trial is over, your subscription will automatically convert to your chosen paid plan. If you are happy during the Free Trial, then just continue using the subscription.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan instantly or from the next billing date from your portal at www.urbantimer.com.
Can I get a Dedicated Assistant?
Yes, certainly. Just let us know that you only want to communicate with one person regarding your tasks.
Can I get an assistant to be available in my timezone?
We currently work only during Indian business hours. So far this hasn’t been a problem with any of our clients. They, in fact, like the fact that we work while they sleep.
Communicating hasn’t been a problem either as we are available either during the morning or evening hours for real-time communication.
What if my hours are used in the middle of the month and I still have tasks?
There are couple of ways you can take care of this. You can purchase extra hours @ USD 12 per hour. Or can login to your portal and restart your current plan instantly without waiting for the next billing date.
What if I have one-time task?
Please send us your task details via email to info@urbantimer.com or the Talk to us form, and we will get back to you with a quote for this one-time task.
What kind of tasks do you handle?
We can handle almost any task than can be taken care of virtually. However, if there is any task you have placed and we are unable to perform, then we will certainly get back to you with a way forward for the task.
If I am not satisfied with the service I am looking for, can I get a refund?
You are eligible for refund of the hours in hour worth if the tasks we worked for haven’t been as per the quality you were looking for.
We offer a free trial for you to check the quality of work, and then proceed with a subscription.
How do you process payment? Do you accept Credit Card?
Our subscriptions are monthly recurring which are via PayPal. We can also send you an invoice from PayPal every month which you can pay via Credit Card, depending on PayPal’s policy in your country.
How do I cancel my subscription?
There are couple of ways you can cancel your subscription. You can login to your PayPal account and cancel the UrbanTimer recurring profile in your PayPal account. Or, you can also email us, and we will cancel the payment profile for you.
What are the ways to communicate with my Dedicated VA?
You can communicate with your Dedicated Assistant via Email, Skype or Slack.
What if I do not want to continue after the Free Trial?
No worries. Simply let us know and we will cancel your subscription. You can also cancel your recurring payment profile by logging-in to your PayPal account.
